This is the EEECS Self-Service online portal allowing students and staff to manage passwords, access virtual desktops, web hosting, code repositories and free software. In addition to your main QUB login (Office365, Canvas, QOL,...), you have a separate EEECS login (to access EEECS lab PCs, tools & systems available only to EEECS students).
If you are enrolled on an EEECS module and you do not know or have forgotten your EEECS login then you can use our reset password facility.

In addition to EEECS vLabs, cloud-hosted Windows Virtual Desktops are also centrally available for off-campus access. These have around 130 Applications available.

To access your I Drive files normally only accessible on-campus log in to iDrive Web Access using your EEECS username and password. (Service not currently available)
Microsoft Software (excluding MS Office) is available for students and staff to download and use. Click on the Further Information button to find out how to access all the software available.
Online Horizon vLabs are available here or free VMWare Software, such as VMware Fusion to run Windows on a Mac, is available to download for your computer from our VMWare Request for EEECS students/staff.
Information on student versions of engineering software available free or at greatly reduced cost. Student versions usually come with restrictions e.g. use for academic and non-commercial projects only.

Logon to a pre-configured desktop with all the lab software installed for your practicals via our VMWare Horizon system from off-campus or on.
